Full Text

Within a maximum limit of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) and a minimum limit of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), the legislature is hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to fix the amount of the exemption hereby provided.

Effective: 1937-01-12; This amendment was declared adopted by the Speaker of the House of Representatives on January 12, 1937; however, according to Section 5, it did not officially take effect until the provisions of Section 3 were carried out.
