§ 1205.532 Retention period for reports and records. Each handler and importer required to make reports pursuant to this subpart shall retain for at least 2 years beyond the marketing year of their applicability:
(a)One copy of the report made to the Cotton Board; and
(b)Such books and records as are necessary to verify such reports.
