§ 1205.338 Reports. Each handler and importer subject to this subpart and importers of de minimis amounts of cotton may be required to report to the Cotton Board periodically such information as is required by regulations, which may include but not be limited to the following:
(a)Number of bales handled or imported;
(b)Number of bales on which an assessment was collected;
(c)Name and address of person from whom the handler has collected the assessments on each bale handled or imported;
(d)Date collection was made on each bale handled or imported.
