§ 5.43 — Petitions for guidance.

§ 5.43 Petitions for guidance. Any person may petition an OA or OST component to withdraw or modify a particular guidance document by using the procedures found in § 5.13(c). The OA or OST component should respond to all requests in a timely manner, but no later than 90 days after receipt of the request.
