§ 256.1 Purpose. The purpose of this part is to establish procedures for implementing subsection 4(i) of the Department of Transportation Act as amended (49 U.S.C. 1653(i)) with respect to all financial assistance provided under that subsection. [40 FR 29080, July 10, 1975]
