§ 10.83 Improper maintenance of records. Any officer or employee of the Department who willfully maintains a system of records without meeting the notice requirements of § 10.21(d) of this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $5,000 in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552a(i)(2).
