552.238-112 Definitions—Federal Supply Schedule Contracts. As prescribed in 538.273(d) insert the following clause: Definitions-Federal Supply Schedule Contracts (Mar 2024) As used in this contract, Eligible means an entity that meets the requirements prescribed by statute, regulation, or other authority for purposes of being able to use Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts. Information about FSS eligibility is available at https://www.gsa.gov/eligibilitydeterminations. Ordering activity (also called “ordering agency” and “ordering office”) means an entity that is eligible to place orders or establish blanket purchase agreements (BPA) under this contract.
