552.238-106 Interpretation of Contract Requirements. As prescribed in 538.273(d)(30), insert the following clause: Interpretation of Contract Requirements (MAY 2019) No interpretation of any provision of this contract, including applicable specifications, shall be binding on the Government unless furnished or agreed to in writing by the Contracting Officer or his designated representative.
