252.234-7002 Earned Value Management System. As prescribed in 234.203(2), use the following clause: Earned Value Management System (Jan 2025)

(a)Definitions. As used in this clause— Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause. Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748. Material weakness means a deficiency or combination of deficiencies in the internal control over information in contractor business systems, such that there is a reasonable possibility that a material misstatement of such information will not be prevented, or detected and corrected, on a timely
