252.225-7007 Prohibition on Acquisition of Certain Items from Communist Chinese Military Companies. As prescribed in 225.1103(4), use the following clause: Prohibition on Acquisition of Certain Items From Communist Chinese Military Companies (DEC 2018)

(a)Definitions. As used in this clause— 600 series of the Commerce Control List means the series of 5-character export control classification numbers (ECCNs) of the Commerce Control List of the Export Administration Regulations in 15 CFR part 774, supplement no. 1, that have a “6” as the third character. The 600 series constitutes the munitions and munitions-related ECCNs within the larger Commerce Control List. (See definition of “600 series” in 15 CFR 772.)
