§ 2933.22 How does BLM establish Recreation Use Permit fees? BLM sets recreation use fees and adjusts them from time to time to reflect changes in costs and the market, using the following types of data:
(a)The direct and indirect cost to the government;
(b)The types of services or facilities provided; and
(c)The comparable recreation fees charged by other Federal agencies, non-Federal public agencies, and the private sector located within the service area.
