§ 751.115 Exemptions.

(a)In general.
(1)Time-limited exemptions described in this section are established in accordance with 15 U.S.C. 2605(g)(1).
(2)To be eligible for the exemptions established in this section, regulated parties must comply with all conditions promulgated in this section for such exemptions in accordance with 15 U.S.C. 2605(g)(4).
(b)Exemption for emergency use by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Under 15 U.S.C. 2605(g)(1)(A), the use of methylene chloride or methylene chloride-containing products in an emergency by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and its contractors operating within the scope of their contracted work for the conditions of use identified in paragraph (b)(1) of this section is exempt from the requirements of § 751
