§ 690.92 — Eligible workforce program.

§ 690.92 Eligible workforce program. An educational program is an eligible workforce program if the Secretary determines it is an undergraduate program that meets the requirements under 34 CFR 668.8 and—
(a)Requires a minimum of 8 weeks, but less than 15 weeks of instruction;
(b)(1) Is at least 150 clock hours but less than 600 clock hours;
(2)At least 4 but less than 16 semester or trimester hours; or
(3)At least 6 but less than 24 quarter hours;
(c)Is not offered using—
(d)Is approved by the Governor through a process as described in § 690.93;
