§ 1300.10 General. To apply for any highway safety grant under 23 U.S.C. Chapter 4 and Section 1906, a State shall submit electronically and according to the due dates in §§ 1300.11 and 1300.12—
(a)A triennial Highway Safety Plan meeting the requirements of this subpart; and
(b)An annual grant application.
