§ 53.820 — Cessation of individual applicability.

§ 53.820 Cessation of individual applicability. The general license ceases to be applicable on an individual basis once a generally licensed reactor operator is no longer being employed in a position that may involve the manipulation of the controls of the self-reliant mitigation facility.
