Term of commercial services contracts

Title 54 — National Park Service and Related Programs·Ch. 1019 — CONCESSIONS AND COMMERCIAL USE AUTHORIZATIONS·Subch. III
A commercial services contract entered into pursuant to this title shall be awarded for a term not to exceed 10 years.
