(a)Definitions In this section: The term "appropriate congressional committees" means—
(A)the congressional intelligence committees;
(B)the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives; and
(C)the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives. The term "congressional leadership" includes the following:
(A)The majority leader of the Senate.
(B)The minority leader of the Senate.
(C)The Speaker of the House of Representatives.
(D)The minority leader of the House of Representatives.
(b)Requirement for notification The Director of National Intelligence, in cooperation with the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the head of any other relev
