Title 5 — Government Organization and Employees·Ch. 92 — PROHIBITION ON CRIMINAL HISTORY INQUIRIES PRIOR TO CONDITIONAL OFFER
Nothing in this chapter may be construed to—
(1)authorize any officer or employee of an agency to request the disclosure of information described under subparagraphs (B) and (C) of section 9201(4); or
(2)create a private right of action for any person.
