For purposes of sections 7142a to 7142d of this title: The term "Museum" means the museum operated by the Secretary of Energy and located at 300 South Tulane Avenue in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The term "Secretary" means the Secretary of Energy or a designated representative of the Secretary.
