Text
(a)In general
For the purpose of carrying out parts B, C, and D (subject to section 297t(g) of this title), there are authorized to be appropriated $137,837,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
(b)Part E
For the purpose of carrying out part E, there are authorized to be appropriated $117,135,000 for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2025.

(a) and inserted heading, substituted "$137,837,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025" for "$338,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2011 through 2016", and added subsec. (b).
2010—Pub. L. 111–148, §5312, amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section related to authorization of appropriations for fiscal years 1998 through 2002, allocations of amounts, and use of methodology.
