Title 42 — The Public Health and Welfare·Ch. 21F — PROHIBITING EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF GENETIC INFORMATION
Not later than 1 year after May 21, 2008, the Commission shall issue final regulations to carry out this chapter.
