Title 42 — The Public Health and Welfare·Ch. 161 — DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY RESEARCH AND INNOVATION·Subch. III
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the activities described in this subchapter—
(1)$8,902,392,400 for fiscal year 2023;
(2)$9,541,895,744 for fiscal year 2024;
(3)$10,068,198,994 for fiscal year 2025;
(4)$10,468,916,520 for fiscal year 2026; and
(5)$10,831,342,317 for fiscal year 2027.
