Text

(a)Establishment Not later than 120 days after August 8, 2005, the President shall establish an interagency task force chaired by the Secretary with representatives from each of the following:
(1)The Office of Science and Technology Policy within the Executive Office of the President.
(2)The Department of Transportation.
(3)The Department of Defense.
(4)The Department of Commerce (including the National Institute of Standards and Technology).
(5)The Department of State.
(6)The Environmental Protection Agency.
(7)The National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
(8)Other Federal agencies as the Secretary determines appropriate.
(b)Duties The Task Force shall work toward—
(A)a safe, economical, and environmentally sound fuel infrastructure for hydrogen and hydrogen-carrier fuels,
