Title 42The Public Health and Welfare·Ch. 127 — COORDINATED SERVICES FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES·Subch. I·Pt. A
(a)In general The Commissioner shall consult and cooperate with the heads of all appropriate Federal agencies or departments administering programs or services that are substantially related to the purposes of this chapter.
(b)Interagency agreements To the extent practicable, the Commissioner shall facilitate cooperation through the entering into of interagency agreements.
