Authorization of appropriations

Title 36 — Patriotic and National Observances·Ch. 901 — HELP AMERICA VOTE FOUNDATION

There are authorized to be appropriated to the foundation for carrying out the purposes of this chapter—

(1)$5,000,000 for fiscal year 2003; and

(2)such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year.
