Termination of authority

Title 33Navigation and Navigable Waters·Ch. 33A — MARINE DEBRIS RESEARCH, PREVENTION, AND REDUCTION·Subch. II
The authority of the Foundation under this subchapter shall terminate on the date that is 10 years after the establishment of the Foundation, unless the Foundation is reauthorized by an Act of Congress.
