L. 87–235, §3, Sept. 14, 1961, 75 Stat. 508, which related to per capita distribution to tribal members out of funds appropriated to pay a judgment dated Feb. 11, 1960, and provided for tax exemption of the funds so distributed, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
