L. 90–507, §4, Sept. 21, 1968, 82 Stat. 861, which related to payment of shares to heirs of deceased enrollees and persons under twenty-one years of age or otherwise under legal disability and provided that funds distributed under former sections 659 to 663 of this title would not be subject to Federal or State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
