L. 92–309, §6, June 2, 1972, 86 Stat. 200, which allowed for the use of certain judgment funds of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma for any purpose that is authorized by the tribal governing body and approved by the Secretary of the Interior, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
