Title 22 — Foreign Relations and Intercourse·Ch. 99 — NORTH KOREA SANCTIONS AND POLICY ENHANCEMENT·Subch. V·Pt. II
The President shall prescribe such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out this subtitle 1 and amendments made by this subtitle.
