Text

In this chapter: The term "appropriate congressional committees" means—

(A)the Committee on Appropriations, the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Relations, and the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate; and
(B)the Committee on Appropriations, the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives. The term "qualitative military edge" has the meaning given the term in section 2776(h)(2) 1 of this title.
