Authorization of appropriations

Title 21 — Food and Drugs·Ch. 25 — MISCELLANEOUS ANTI-DRUG ABUSE PROVISIONS·Subch. II

There are authorized to be appropriated—

(1)for fiscal year 2007—

(A)$500,000 to establish the NMIC and Council; and

(B)such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council; and

(2)for each of fiscal years 2008 and 2009, such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council.
