Title 20 — Education·Ch. 76 — EDUCATION RESEARCH, STATISTICS, EVALUATION, INFORMATION, AND DISSEMINATION·Subch. II
In this subchapter:
(1)In general
The terms "local educational agency" and "State educational agency" have the meanings given those terms in section 7801 of this title.
(2)Secretary
The term "Secretary" means the Secretary of Education.
