Section, Pub. L. 92–225, title III, §308, as added Pub. L. 93–443, title II, §208(a), Oct. 15, 1974, 88 Stat. 1279, required the filing of reports with the Commission by certain named persons other than individuals who act to influence others to vote for or against political candidates. L. 94–283, set out as a note under section 441 of this title.
