Prohibition against implementation of regulatory authority by Federal agencies through partnerships

Title 16 — Conservation·Ch. 101 — NATIONAL FISH HABITAT CONSERVATION THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS

Any Partnership designated under this chapter—

(1)shall be for the sole purpose of promoting fish conservation; and

(2)shall not be used to implement any regulatory authority of any Federal agency.
