Authorization of appropriations

Title 16 — Conservation·Ch. 86 — SOUTHWEST FOREST HEALTH AND WILDFIRE PREVENTION

(a)In general There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $15,000,000 for each fiscal year.

(b)Limitation No funds made available under subsection (a) shall be used to pay the costs of constructing any facilities.
