The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to accept a transfer from the Administrator of the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, which transfer is hereby authorized, of a tract of land consisting of approximately four thousand four hundred and twenty acres, lying within the boundaries of Everglades National Park, in Dade County, Florida, and more particularly described in the masters deed dated December 21, 1962, in the proceeding entitled "The Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company against Toni Iori, a single man; Peter Iori and Helen Iori, his wife, d/b/a Iori Bros., et al.," No. 61C–3823, in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Dade County, and recorded in the official records of said county in book 3494 at page
