A, title XVII, §1701(a)(9), Dec. 23, 2024, 138 Stat. 2203, required the Secretary of each military department to submit annual reports on racial, ethnic, and sex demographics in the military justice system and required the Secretary of Defense to forward any reports received to Congress.
