Text
(a)A circuit court may:
(i)Preserve and enforce order in its immediate
presence and in the proceedings before it according to the
Wyoming Rules of Criminal Procedure for Circuit Courts and
punish for contempt as provided therein;
(ii)Compel obedience to its judgments, orders, and
processes;
(iii)Control, in furtherance of justice, the conduct
of its ministerial officers, and of all other persons in any
manner connected with judicial proceedings before it, in every
matter pertaining thereto;
(iv)Issue warrants, including search warrants,
summonses, subpoenas or other process in civil and criminal
cases;
(v)Administer oaths and affirmations and take bail,
acknowledgments, affidavits, and depositions;
(vi)Amend and control its process and orders to make
them conformable to law and just
