Any person owning any livestock which is killed or injured, in the manner set forth in W.S. 37-9-307, shall within thirty (30) days after the person is notified of the killing or injuring, as provided in W.S. 37-9-307, furnish the corporation having killed or injured the livestock, through its nearest agent, sworn evidence of the value of the livestock.
