§ 35-9-506 — Penalty

Every person, firm or corporation, or his or its agents, officers, directors or trustees, owning or having the management or control of any such buildings or structures herein mentioned or described, who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of this act not later than October first, nineteen hundred seventeen, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than three (3), nor more than six (6) months, or by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each month or fraction thereof in which any building designated in this act shall remain in violation thereof shall constitute a separate offe
