(a)As used in W.S. 9-2-109 through 9-2-115:
(i)"Division" means the staff within the department
of workforce services who administer vocational rehabilitation
programs and provide vocational rehabilitation services;
(ii)"Eligible" means a certification that:
(A)The individual has a physical or mental
impairment which constitutes or results in a substantial
impediment to employment of the individual;
(B)Vocational rehabilitation services may
reasonably be expected to benefit the individual in terms of an
employment outcome; and
(C)The individual requires vocational
rehabilitation services to prepare for, secure, retain or regain
employment.
(iii)"Individual with a significant disability"
means an individual:
(A)Who has a severe physical or mental
