§ 36-8-502 — Corporate powers
Wyoming·Title 36 Public Land·Ch. 8 STATE PARKS AND RESERVES·Art. 5 SOUTH PASS CITY STATE HISTORICAL SITE
Except as herein limited the preserve shall have powers like a
corporation as provided in the Wyoming Business Corporation Act
and by law for nonprofit corporations.
