The department, in consultation with the commission, may call upon the state department of health to inspect, examine and report fully upon the condition of any and all hotels, sanitariums and buildings, and all places and localities within the limits of the Big Horn Hot Springs state park and to enforce the health laws of the state and the applicable rules and regulations of the department.
