Text
From and after the passage of this act, the land managed by the
department as of July 1, 2010 in the northeast portion of the
historic Shoshone Indian Reservation, upon which is located the
Big Horn Hot Springs, is hereby declared to be and shall
hereafter be known as the "Hot Springs State Park". The
department shall by rule specify the legal description of the
state park.
