§ 36-8-211 — Construction of provisions
Wyoming·Title 36 Public Land·Ch. 8 STATE PARKS AND RESERVES·Art. 2 WYOMING YELLOWSTONE PARK COMMISSION
This act, being necessary for the welfare of the state and its
habitants, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes
thereof.
