§ 41-7-929 — Refunding bonds sold or exchanged for bonds or warrants
(a)Any refunding bonds may be either:
(i)Sold from time to time in the same manner as
other bonds of the district; or
(ii)Exchanged for other bonds or warrants of the
district upon terms approved by the court.
