Text
(a)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the
department shall furnish full information regarding the driving
record of any person:
(i)To the driver license administrator of any other
state or province or territory of Canada requesting the
information;
(ii)To any employer or prospective employer upon
request and payment of the required fee;
(iii)To insurers upon request and payment of the
required fee;
(iv)To a transportation network company to evaluate
a prospective transportation network company driver as required
by W.S. 31-20-106 upon payment of the required fee.
(b)The department shall determine the amount of the fee
prescribed by this section to cover the actual cost of providing
the information.
