§ 31-7-202 — Definitions
(a)As used in the Driver License Compact enacted in W.S.
31-7-201:
(i)"Licensing authority" means the department of
transportation;
(ii)"Executive head" means the governor;
(iii)"Head of the licensing authority" means the
director of the department of transportation.
