Text
(a)The department shall, at the applicant's request,
identify on the Wyoming driver's license or identification card
that the person has a medical condition for which the person is
requesting a medical alert designation.
(b)Any person, official, institution or agency
participating in good faith in any act required or permitted by
W.S. 31-7-115, 31-7-142 and 31-8-101 is immune from any civil or
criminal liability that might otherwise result by reason of the
action. For purposes of any civil or criminal proceeding, the
good faith of any person, official, institution or agency
participating in any act permitted or required by W.S. 31-7-115,
31-7-142 and 31-8-101 shall be presumed.
